Police ID body found Monday in Old Lyme

Old Lyme — State police have identified the man whose body was found along the shore of Hatchett’s Point on Monday afternoon.
Forty-four-year-old Juan Colon of New Britain is the deceased. He had been missing since Nov. 24 of last year, according to a Silver Alert police sent out that day.
Detectives from the Central District Major Crime are investigating the death, which police said does not have a criminal aspect.
