Liberty Bank a Top Workplace

For the fifth year in a row, Liberty Bank has been named a Top Workplace by the Hartford Courant.

Selection is based on employees’ answers to a survey conducted by an independent research firm, addressing such things as: work/life balance, pay and benefits, ethics and company direction.

“The Liberty Bank executive management team is honored that employees have demonstrated how highly they value their relationship with the bank,” said President and CEO Chandler J. Howard in a statement.

The bank, which has several local branches but is based in Middletown, was honored Sept. 15 in Southington.
