Call for photography submissions at the Hygienic

New London's Hygienic Galleries is calling for photography submissions for the gallery's juried photography exhibition "The f-stops Here." Photos selected for the show will be on display on Oct. 27 from 7-10 p.m. The gallery asks that photos submitted fit into the theme of "Metamorphosis" or change. Submissions will be accepted in person at Hygienic Galleries Oct. 20 and 21. An entry fee is required; $15 for a single entry; $25 for two entries; $30 for three entries. The gallery is located at 79 Bank Street, New London. Admission is free; 860-443-8001, www.hygienic.org.
