On Monday, Feb. 9, the American Cancer Society Relay for Life of Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation will hold its annual kick-off event at 6:30 p.m. at the Frizzante Champagne & Wine Bar, 15 Water St., Mystic. Anyone interested in learning more about Relay for Life is encouraged to attend.

The event will include guest speakers from the American Cancer Society, Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Council and cancer survivors. Information will be available on upcoming Relay for Life events such as the benefit bingo and Relay for Life of Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation which will be held in April. Refreshments will be served and door prizes will be given out at the event.
