It's not the guns, it's all the hate

Gun control; I am sick of both sides of this conversation. Some say guns are too easy to get. No, they are not. It's harder today than ever to buy a gun. I grew up in Indiana. On my 13th birthday, with my parents knowledge, I took money I had saved and some I received for my birthday; I took two buses to a Montgomery Ward’s Store, walked inside, went to the sporting goods section, and in about 10 minutes with $29, walked out with a J.C. Higgins, double barrel 12-gauge shotgun, in a cardboard box; no name, no signature, no registration. Don't tell me how easy it is to buy a gun in America today.

Weapons are a little more prolific today, and maybe a lot scarier. Kids are desensitized to them today. Maybe from video games, television, and movies. But a weapon, on its own is not the problem.

Nobody seems to want to address this. The problem is hate. America is a hateful country. Just read the comments section on any media website about the upcoming election, hate! The discussion gets personal, hateful, and even threatening. It is hate that drives these terroristic incidents. Want to stop the killings? Stop hating, be nice, be polite.
