The best leverage that the United States has with China is right here in our finest boarding schools, universities and private colleges. The elite 1 percent in China are more interested in their children than they are in a few banks or in a trade war. These leaders and oligarchs would hasten to comply with the new United Nations sanctions against North Korea and its dictator Kim Jong Un, and end its nuclear threat, if they were faced with the cancelling of all student Visas to the United States.
