Old Lyme Registrars of Voters to hold ballot lottery

Old Lyme — The registrars of voters will hold a public lottery at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 15, in the mezzanine-level conference room at the Town Hall.

The lottery will determine the horizontal placement of candidates' names for multiple-opening offices on the Nov. 7 municipal election ballot.
