Norwich bullybusters to host event Saturday

Norwich — The Greater Norwich Anti-Bullying Coalition will host a “Walk, Run, Roll Against Bullying” Saturday in connection with National Anti-Bullying Month.

The event will begin at 10 a.m. with either a three-mile run or a half-mile walk around the block starting at the United Congregational Church, 87 Broadway, across from Norwich City Hall. Following the walk, a festival will be held on the top level of the parking garage on Broadway, featuring refreshments, vendors, live entertainment and information on anti-bullying efforts.

The event is free and open to the public. Donations are welcome to help fund future events.
