Traffic on Friday to be controlled by stop signs at Gov. Winthrop Boulevard and Eugene O'Neill Drive

New London — Traffic will be controlled by four-way stop signs at the intersection of Gov. Winthrop Boulevard and Eugene O'Neill Drive on Friday during business hours.

During this time, public works crews will be installing a new traffic light box control at that location, in front of the New London Police Department, the mayor's office announced Thursday.
