Special meeting on city's finances scheduled for Tuesday in New London

New London — A special meeting of the City Council will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday at City Council Chambers to discuss of the state of the city's finances.

Mayor Daryl Justin Finizio will deliver his annual statement to the City Council, where he will discuss the city's finances and other city-related matters.

Finizio will also submit to the council an estimate of the city's expenditures and revenues of all city departments.
