Preston to chip seal several roads

Preston — The town of Preston will be chip sealing several roads with liquid asphalt starting the week of July 13 and running through the middle of the following week, weather permitting.

Chip sealing will be done on the following roads: Old Jewett City Road (from River Road to Route 165), McClimon Road, Radler Road, Cedarcrest Drive, Branch Hill Road, Lewis Road and Parks Road.

No parking will be allowed on roadsides of these roads during the operation.

Roads will remain open, but minor delays may occur.
