Angela Franceschi, 37, of 40 Crystal Ave., C22 was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.

Richard Cheatam, 58, of 14 Boulevard Court was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jacob Burbank, 25, of 62 Patricia Ave., Apt. D, North Stonington, was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance.

State Police — Montville

Marck Jeanty, 21, of 46 Park Place, Apt. 2A, New Rochelle, N.Y., was charged Saturday in Montville with fugitive from justice.
