WHO: Mary and her three daughters, ages 12, 8 and 6

SITUATION: Mary is a single mom who is disabled and recently fell on some difficult times. She works part-time to provide for herself and her three daughters and does as much as she physically can. Mary has a positive outlook and tries very hard to do all that she can for her family. Her only goal is to make a home for her children.
WHAT TO GIVE: Gas cards, grocery store cards, Wal-Mart gift cards, gifts for the girls for Christmas, home items such as towels, hygiene supplies or household goods.
TO DONATE: Call Kathie at Montville Social Services at (860) 848-0422. Items can be brought to the Montville Senior Center (12 Maple Ave., Uncasville) or Montville Social Services in Town Hall, (310 Route 32).
