Norwich — On the eve of the upcoming budget process, school officials are inviting parents, staff and Norwich residents to two open forum discussions Monday on school programs, district needs, priorities and suggestions.

The sessions will be held at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. in the Kelly Middle School Community Room.

School officials do not yet have numbers for the proposed budget, but will discuss budget issues, areas of focus in curriculum and the budget and will answer questions about the budget and school programs, Superintendent Abby Dolliver said.
