Mr. and Mrs. James and Susan McVeigh of Pawcatuck are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Anne McVeigh to Bronson Seth Conlin. Bronson is the son of Stephanie Conlin of Tampa, Fla., and Bud Conlin of Stonington.

Kelly graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in event management. She is currently employed by Gourmet Galley Catering and is co-owner of Anchored Productions, a wedding and event planning company based in Mystic.

Bronson graduated from the University of Tampa in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He is employed by Electric Boat and also manages the tasting room at Beer’d Brewing Co. in Stonington. Both Kelly and Bronson graduated from Stonington High School.

A wedding in Brooklyn, N.Y., is planned for Oct. 7, 2016.

The couple resides in Mystic.
