    Groton City

    Richard K. Sawyer, IV, 33, of Suffield was charged Thursday with tampering with a witness.  

    Adele K. Bouthillier, 41, of 193 Thames St., Apt. 213, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Tony Campo, 65, of 128 Poquonnock Road, Apt. 2, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Groton Town

    Chad P. Smith, 29, of 2 Johnnycake Lane, Niantic, was charged Tuesday with four counts of criminal impersonation, four counts of first-degree forgery and four counts of sixth-degree larceny.

    Cheryl L. Tripler-Brown, 32, of 33 Jeremy Hill Road, Stonington, was charged Sunday with failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Lori Crawford, 53, of 21 Stewart St., New London, was charged Oct. 30 with improper use of a marker, license or registration, failure to maintain minimum insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without a license.

    Charissa L. Rathbun, 23, of 173 Route 12, No. 422, was charged Oct. 29 with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and one count of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Kayla M. Gray, 21, of 547 Bank St., first floor, New London, was charged Oct. 29 with two counts of criminal impersonation, two counts of first-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny.

    Kirk Watson, 22, of 16 Pleasant St. was charged on Thursday with interfering with an officer, second-degree strangulation and assault on an officer.

    Crystal A. Fox, 39, of 90 School St. was charged Thursday with second-degree hindering prosecution.

    April Vittone, 36, of 41 Alger Place, Apt. 1, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and unsafe backing.

    Norwich

    Kyley Chornoby, 27, of 40 Will Road was charged Tuesday with interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct.

    Ronald A. Whitfield, 23, of New Haven was charged Wednesday with sale of cocaine and conspiracy to sell cocaine.

    Victor J. Debartolo, 77, of 66 Lambert Drive was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right.

    State Police - Montville 

    Ashley Santo, 28, of York Correctional Institution, 201 West Main St., East Lyme, was charged Thursday in East Lyme with illegal possession of narcotics and conveyance of an unauthorized item into an institution.

    Philip Duckett, 21, of Portsmouth, R.I., was charged Wednesday in Lisbon with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance: hallucinogenic substance/4 ounces of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance: non-narcotic/hallucinogenic/less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

    Fernando Rodriguez, 34, of Route 32, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday in Sprague with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Michael Eugene Cumby, 46, of 798 New London Turnpike, Montville, was charged Wednesday in Montville on an arrest warrant for fugitive from justice.

    Roy Lecount Couser, 65, of Roselle, N.J., was charged Monday in Ledyard on a warrant for criminal attempt at first-degree larceny and first-degree identity theft and in Montville on a warrant for first-degree failure to appear in court.
