    Edgar Calle, 29, of New Haven, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving a unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry proper insurance and misuse of plates.

    Jose Morales, 51, of 24 Willetts Ave., was charged Tuesday with violation of probation.

    Christopher A. Parizo, 38, of 171 Oneco Ave., Apt. 4, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

    David Scott, 35, of 140 Four Mile River Road, Old Lyme, was charged Monday with first- and second-degree failure to appear in court and sixth-degree larceny.

    Orlando Gonzalez-Roman, 21, of 123 Mather Ave., Groton, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry proper insurance, failure to have front plates, misuse of plates and illegal possession of a number plate.

    Williams R. Diaz-Reynaso, 42, of 47 Federal St., Apt. J-14, was charged Monday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to carry proper insurance.

    George Gagnon, 39, of 135 W. Broad St., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with illegal possession of narcotics.

    Donald A. Ronnie, 59, of 16 Laurel Hill Ave., was charged Monday with sexual assault of a spouse, third-degree assault, unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.

    State police - Montville

    Franklin Fink, 31, of 16 Sunset Ave., Norwich, was charged Monday in Uncasville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Stanley R. Ward, 26, of Haverhill, Mass., was charged Sunday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

    Adrian Petherick, 49, of 24 Fellows St., Pawcatuck, was charged Dec. 3 in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Dean Ensling, 41, of 137 Slater Ave., Apt. B, Jewett City, was charged Dec. 3 in Griswold with possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of narcotics.

    James Ferrante, 43, of 51 Laurel Drive, Montville, was charged Dec. 2 in Montville with third-degree assault.

    Stonington

    Olwen M. Cullen, 66, of New Canaan, was charged Sunday with two counts of first-degree criminal trespass and two counts of criminal lockout.

    Stephanie S. Bell, 27, of 29 Buckingham St., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny.

    David E. Culotta, 49, of Hope Valley, R.I., was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    James Keramidas, 34, of 127 Black Point Road, Niantic, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, interfering with an officer and threatening.

    Johnathan Allen, 27, of 5 W. Strand Road, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
