Richard M. Allen, 43, 142 Huntington St., New London, was charged Thursday with failure to renew license and driving with a suspended license.

Dremessa Dinardo, 24, of Somersworth, N.H., was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

New London

Timothy Montague, 25, of 481 Williams St. was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Lori Rattell, 36, of 202 Colman St., Unit 804, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

Amy C. Giangrande, 38, of 401 Williams St., New London, was charged Thursday in New London with driving with a suspended license and failure to carry insurance.

Maria Rondon, 51, of 289 Bayonet St., New London, was charged Thursday in Montville with driving with a suspended license and failure to carry insurance.
