    Groton City

    Freddy O. Saldana, 39, of 280 Branford Ave. was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

    James Theodore III, 22, of Salem, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license or registration, failure to have head lamps and failure to have tail lamps.

    John Carlos Hernandez-Motnalro, 20, of 29 Belden St., Apt. 2, New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, passing in a no-passing zone and using a cellphone while driving.

    Michael A. Steward, 28, of 2 Bank St., New London, was charged Sunday with possession of a controlled substance and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

    Groton Town

    Tom Sawyer Jr., 29, of 107 Crest Drive, Mystic, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Stephen M. Ghilarducci, 50, of 198 Thames St. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Gail E. Barry, 58, of 91 Crown Knoll Court, was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order.

    Steven A. Jones, 22, of 1 Crystal Lake Road 455, Naval Submarine Base, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    New London

    Scott Hart, 37, of 189 Broad St., Apt. 3, was charged Friday with third-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Christopher R. Penado, 24, of Bradford, R.I., was charged Friday with failure to respond to an infraction, first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jououn Scully, 23, of 525 Boswell Ave., Apt. 1, Norwich, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Wendy Lallis, 39, of 242 Nautilus Drive, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Dominique Gonzalez, 31, of 20 Margaret St., was charged Saturday with two counts of failure to appear in court.

    Darby Brown, 32, of 11 W. High St., was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer.

    Cameron A. Barnhill, 23, of 153 Golden St., New London, was charged Thursday with having a weapon in a vehicle, driving with a suspended license and possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana.

    James D. Quinn, 42, of 27 Roosevelt Ave., second floor, Waterford, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and passing in a no-passing zone.

    Jakob W. Miner, 21, of 29 Gold St. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Thomas P. Gillis, 27, of 51 Church St., Mystic, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Justin A. Gillis, 25, of 233 Benham Road, Apt. 21, Groton, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Johanna Packer, 53, of 98 W. Broad St., Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday withn breach of peace.

    Breatta A. Senical, 28, of 32 Saundra Drive, Westerly, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Richard Cranshaw, 67, of 482 Greenhaven Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Rebecca Conrad, 36, of 995 Bank St., New London, was charged Friday with illegally obtaining a prescription drug and second-degree making a false statement.

    Craig Ponder, 50, of 45 Mechanic St., Norwich, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory, manufacturing/sale of narcotics, possession of narcotics, traveling unreasonably fast, failure to drive in the proper lane and interfering with a police officer.

    Michael Barber, 37, of 5 Cove Road, Niantic, was charged Friday with fifth-degere larceny and sixth-degree larceny.
