Yoo, 28, of 128 Meriden St., Apt. 205, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intention to sell, unauthorized sale of marijuana, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Javier Serrano, 37, of 9 Pearl St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear and possession of narcotics.
