Harley MacDonald, 29, of no certain address, was charged Monday with six counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and four counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

Brayan Giraldo, 18, of 4 Lathrop Road, Montville, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, and driving with suspended license or registration.
