Montville police, in conjunction with the Montville Resident Trooper’s Office, cited 109 people for motor vehicle violations and another 81 for seat belt violations during last month’s “Click It or Ticket,” campaign.

The enforcement initiative ran from May 18 through May 31 and focused on higher traffic volume areas of town.

Police said they also issued 28 citations for violations ranging from distracted driving, driving under suspension and speeding.
