Louis Otero-Massauro, 28, of 55 Morse Ave. was charged Monday with failure to pay or plead and breach of peace.

Lauren Mcgowan, 37, of 18 Maxson St. was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.
Stephanie A. Landolfi, 25, of Plymouth, Mass., was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana, possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia and prostitution.
Michelle E. Ross, 25, of North Attleborough, Mass., was charged Sunday with use of drug paraphernalia, prostitution, sixth-degree larceny, possession of a controlled substance, narcotics not kept in original container and two counts of possession of narcotics.
William K. Orlando, of 22 Rebecca Lane, Killingworth, was charged Saturday with interfering with police and breach of peace.
