    Groton Town

    Alyssa Oswalt, 25, of 9 Ironwood Lane was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Ronald A. Whitfield Jr., 21, of 28 Merchants St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.

    Jarrod Ackles, 29, of 37 Florida St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    James C. Davis, 38, of 197 Greenmanville Ave., Mystic, was charged Tuesday with first-degree reckless endangerment and unlawful discharge of a firearm.

    John Thomas Martin, 61, of 25 Broad St., Groton, was charged Tuesday with second-degree threatening and breach of peace. Editor's note: This corrects an earlier version.

    New London

    Henry McDonald, 58, of 19 Steward St. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

    Dana Kirkwood, 49, of 6 Cliff St. was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer, assault on a police officer, possession of narcotics and third-degree assault.

    Gary Tamwevich, 41, of Northford was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving the wrong way on a one-way highway and driving with a suspended license.

    Robert Ortiz, 36, of 39 W. High St. was charged Wednesday with two counts of breach of peace.

    Cory Hunt, 24, of 19 Jay St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree trespassing, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Hallie Bidwell, 22, of 17 Sea Breeze Ave., Niantic, was charged Wednesday with third-degree trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Norwich

    Carlos Rivera, 34, of 5 Kennedy Drive was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, reckless endangerment and second-degree threatening.

    Colin Preston, 39, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with criminal attempt to commit second-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, breach of peace, driving with a suspended license and failure to submit to fingerprints.

    Torin Hammond, 19, of 72A Merchants Ave. was charged Wednesday with interfering with an officer and possession of cocaine.

    Darryl Henry, 24, of 48 Truman St., New London, was charged Wednesday with interfering with an officer, assault on an officer and reckless use of a highway by a pedestrian.

    Venus Glaspie-Johnson, 27, of 130 Ashland St., Jewett City, was charged Wednesday in Norwich with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Stonington

    Kevin S. Miller, 33, of 98 W. Broad St., Apt. 22, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    Sarah A. Mazzio, 25, of 117 Water St., Apt. 3, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and inappropriate use of high beams.

    Harry K. Botseas, 31, of 18 Rose Lane was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.
