    Groton Town

    Christopher J. Wimler, 25, of West Palm, Fla., was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Todd E. Mitchell, 36, of 611 Long Hill Road, Unit B, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful restraint and interfering with an emergency call.

    Ronald C. Blyden, 36, of 453 Bayonet St., No. 14, New London, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.

    Christopher A. Trombley, 33, of 9 Norfolk Court was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Logan T. Lapietra, 23, of 22 Water St., Mystic, was charged Saturday with second-degree threatening.

    Charles Koch Jr., 18, of 125 Crest Drive, Mystic, was charged Aug. 27 with criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny and second-degree criminal trespass.

    New London

    David Wilson, 21, of 69 Rosemary St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree robbery, third-degree assault and sixth-degree larceny.

    Jerome Taylor, 23, of 244 Willetts Ave. was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer and violation of probation.

    Desie Rivera, 34, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with third-degree trespass, breach of peace and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Filodelfo Acevedo, 49, of 264 Broad St. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

    Randy Morton, 27, of 28 Branford Ave., Groton City, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

    Lawrence Medina, 26, of 27 Catherine St. was charged Monday with breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny.

    Norwich

    Joel Hall, 24, of 320 Central Ave. was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer, two counts of risk of injury to a minor and second-degree burglary.

    State Police - Montville

    Wilson Stanford, 22, of Norwich was charged Tuesday in Norwich with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Shayne McNeil, 20, of Lebanon was charged Monday in Montville with criminal violation of a restraining order.

    Stonington

    Sean M. McGuire, 21, of Ashaway, R.I., was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, breach of peace and carrying a dangerous weapon.

    Waterford

    Noah Booker, 26, of Cromwell, was charged Monday with sixth -degree larceny, breach of peace, first-degree failure to appear in court and three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jorge Arenas, 29, of 4 W. Pleasant St., New London, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to have tail lamps.

    Susan Cabral, 56, of 140 Flanders Road, Niantic, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license or registration.

    Cristian Caba, 28, of 165 Connecticut Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with interfering with an officer and refusal to show license, registration or an insurance identification card.

    Pranav Ubba, 20, of 18 Salem Hollow Lane, Salem, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the right lane.
