Silver Alert issued for 16-year-old Norwich girl

Norwich — Police issued a Silver Alert Saturday for 16-year-old Morgan Howse, who has been missing from her home since Friday.

Howse is black, with black hair and brown eyes, police said. She is about 5-foot-6 and weighs about 363 pounds, police said. She was last seen wearing black pants and a gray shirt. Police did not include a photo with the alert.
