About 2 p.m., city police along with state police executed a search-and-seizure warrant at a home at 102 Ocean Ave.

Police said they found 16 grams of marijuana packaged for sale and 47 ecstasy pills.

As a result, police arrested Shannon White, 38, also of 102 Ocean Ave., and charged him with operating a drug factory, risk of injury to a minor, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of hallucinogens, possession of hallucinogens with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

At 3:30 p.m. in the area of 1 Ocean Ave., police observed two people inside a vehicle who were both wanted on warrants for violation of probation.

Police said they approached the car and arrested Trevon Brown, 40, and Bryon Wilson, 37, both of 13 Town Hill Court, and charged them each with violation of probation, two counts of possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

Police said they found 2 grams of crack cocaine, three bags of heroin and $920 inside the vehicle.
