Linda D. Sherman, 49, of 46 Hynes Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

New London

Jonathan Allen, of 490 Norwich Road, Norwich, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Noah Booker, 24, of 93 State Pier Road, was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order.

Cindalee Tottes, 27, of 46 Crystal Ave., was charged Sunday with assault on emergency personnel and disorderly conduct.

Nelson Osario, 54, of 118 Connecticut Ave., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Waterford

Austin Reed, 21, of Fort Benning, Ga., was charged Sunday with risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace.
