Jesse Hatfield, 30, of 120 Norwich Ave., Apt. B, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility, failure to obey a stop sign and driving with a refused, suspended or revoked registration or license and was charged Wednesday on a warrant with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Anthony Little, 57, of 13 Blinman St. was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer.

Paul Barthelet, 45, of 35 Ashland St., Jewett City, was charged Jan. 9 in Griswold with fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Anthony Louis Gonzalez, 40, of 15 Paster Road, Preston, was charged Tuesday in Preston with driving under suspension, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and using a motor vehicle without the owner's permission.

Nicholas Derico, 32, of 193 Maple Ave., Uncasville, was charged Wednesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jamie Biscuti, 24, of 59 Vinegar Hill Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Micky Bingham, 32, of 5 Ledgewood Drive, Westerly, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without minimum insurance, failure to obey a traffic control signal and failure to renew registration.

Jose Rivera, 30, of 12 Michael Road, New London, was charged Tuesday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.
