    Groton City Johnmichael Iraci, 25, of 190 Litton Ave. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.

    Editor's note: Court documents show the state nolled, or opted not to prosecute, both of Johnmichael Iraci’s charges on March 2, 2012. He was not convicted of a crime.

    Olga Hererra, 22, of 137 Paul Revere Road was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.

    Groton Town Eric B. Labatte, 26, of 37 Wyngate Circle, Mystic, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct.

    New London Lawrence D. Blair III, 23, of 60 Debiasi Drive, Room 317, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear, failure to respond to an infraction and possession of a prescription legend drug. Carnell R. Preston, 35, of 1733 Route 117, Ledyard, was charged Friday with violation of probation. Kimberly J. Eckert, 45, of 195 Third Ave. was charged Friday with third-degree larceny. Guillermo R. Holmes, 39, of 90 Water St., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to grant right of way.

    Norwich Joseph Gingerelli, 52, of 1049 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    State Police - Montville Selena Knudson, 26, of Voluntown was charged Friday in Voluntown with driving while intoxicated, unsafe backing and driving an unregistered motor vehicle. Marguerite Gallant, 36, of 141 Mathewson St., Jewett City, was charged Thursday in Montville with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Waterford Michelle Duncan, 25, of 24 Brewer St., New London, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, failure to display license plates and failure to wear a seat belt in the front seat. Haley Anderson, 18, of 78 Hunts Brook Road was charged Thursday with third-degree assault. Joseph Markens, 25, of 179 Sandy Lane, Norwich, was charged Thursday with breach of peace and threatening. Joshua Cardoza, 36, of 181 Rope Ferry Road was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to have head lamps, driving without registration and possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana.
