Sarah Parker, 32, of 45 Parker Place, Niantic, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jason Pratt, 29, of 47 Belden St., was charged Sunday with possession of a controlled substance.

Kimberly Kurey, 47, of 75 Cutler St., Stonington, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and failure to drive right.

Tammie Gromko, 27, of 55 Lincoln Ave., was charged Friday with second-degree larceny.

Adam J. Perry, 27, of 38 Lee St., New London, was charged Saturday with breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny.

Alexander S. Lofland, 23, of Castaic, California, was charged Friday in Waterford with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, reckless driving and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Kevin Clemons, 24, of 18 Dydo Dr., Uncasville, was charged Thursday in Montville with violation of probation.

Stonington

Edward J. Mitchell, 18, of 11 Winthrop Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with reckless driving, possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle by an underage person and possession of a controlled substance.
