Accident closes road in Montville

Montville — A vehicle drove into a utility pole on Old Colchester Road about 4:30 a.m. Saturday, according to police. Life Star helicopter was called to the scene.

Old Colchester Road, between Mayo Avenue and Hunters Run, was closed, police said.

No further details were available Saturday.
