Updated: Route 32 in Montville reopened after crash

Montville — State Route 32 was reopened Tuesday afternoon after being closed due to a car striking a pole.

The road was closed in both directions in the area of Gallivan Lane after a car hit a pole around 9:25 a.m., state police said.

The road reopened around 2:30 p.m., according to the state Department of Transportation.

No further information was available.
