    Groton City

    Ronald D. Hart, 33, of 457 Bank St., Apt. 2, New London, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Dandre J. Gilliard, 21, of 57 Division St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and fifth-degree larceny.

    Jason Gilliard, 23, of 53 Elderkin Ave. was charged Tuesday with interfering with a police officer.

    Groton Town

    Kevin Riley, 56, of 107 Brookside Lane, Apt. 18, Stonington, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    New London

    Jennifer Lambert, 43, of 646 Colonel Ledyard Highway, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with two counts of possession of narcotics.

    Jivonna Maddox, 26, of 64 Jefferson Ave. was charged Wednesday with violation of conditions of release.

    Quentin Ward, 33, of 65 W. Coit St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Wilburt Jarrett, 53, of 219 Bank St., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with two counts of third-degree assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    State Police — Montville

    Richard Jones, 40, of 94B Hempstead Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday in Montville with failure to renew motor vehicle registration, improper use of a marker or plate, failure to have minimum insurance, driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs  and failure to drive in the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway.

    Savannah Shepard, 28, of South Windsor was charged Tuesday in East Lyme with possession of a weapon or dangerous instrument in a correctional facility.

    Malcolm Jones, 34, of 16 Penobscot St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with violation of a protective order, sexual assault and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    Adam Dupont, 43, of 10 Woodlawn Terrace, Norwich, was charged Monday in Griswold with second-degree breach of peace.
