David Desrosiers, 38, of 93 Stuart Ave., New London, was charged by Ledyard police Saturday with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right.

Montville

Maciej Konferowicz, 42, of 29 Angelas Way, Burlington, was charged by Montville police Friday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and reckless driving.

Angel Luis Martinez, 32, of 36 Belden St., was charged Saturday with interfering with an officer, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, assaulting a police officer, improper vehicle signaling, failure to drive right, failure to maintain a lane, reckless driving and speeding.

Ismael Garcia, 44, of 23 School St., No. 3, Taftville, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while his license is suspended and using his cell phone while driving.

Wilfredo Nival Jr., 21, of 59 Learned St., was charged Friday with driving while his license is suspended, failure to carry insurance and failure to keep a reasonable distance from the car ahead.

Christopher Richard, 23, of 15 West St., was charged Friday with threatening and breach of peace.

Jennifer Matthewson, 27, of 105 Summitwoods Drive, Norwich, was charged Friday with driving without insurance, driving while her registration is suspended and driving without a license.

Christopher Allen McLaughlin, 44, of 45 Pearl St., Apt. 2, Westerly, was charged Saturday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.
