Jeramiah Smith, 37, of 180 Norwich Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree threatening, third-degree assault and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Dean M. Ensling, 50, of 9 South Third Ave. was charged May 10 with third-degree burglary and third-degree larceny motor vehicle theft.

Anthony Wilson, 29, of Hartford was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have tail lamps.

Jaedra B. Cook, 19, of 38 Prospect St. was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Joseph M. Guarino, 54, of 99 Chestnut St., Apt. 2D, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Christer Laurore, 25, of 39 Cliff St., Apt. 103, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and interfering with police.

Michael R. Austin, 39, of 38 Yantic Flats was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Alex Ocasio, 28, of Willimantic was charged May 12 with breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening.
