Marcus Mayo, 25, of 324 Boswell Ave. was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

Juan Carlos Cruz, 25, of no certain address was charged Thursday with fourth-degree larceny and two counts of sixth-degree larceny.

Suzanne Marshall, 28, of 238 Vergason Ave., Norwich, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to carry proper insurance and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Brian Davis, 34, of 112 Riverview Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a narcotic in its original container and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Shane Battista, 20, of 8 Seabreeze Drive was charged Thursday with third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct.

Harry Brown, 62, of 29 Ledge Road, New London, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of marker plates and failure to carry proper insurance.
