    Lawrence Richardson, 62, of 34 Woodland Road, Niantic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and unsafe movement of a motor vehicle.

    Groton City

    Shirley L. Herren, 25, of 23 Cutler St., was charged Saturday with risk of injury to a minor and second-degree breach of peace.

    Groton Town

    Alfred R. Wilcox, 57, of 10 Mill Cove Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to display lights.

    Sarah J. Dixon, 20, of 100 Inchcliff Drive, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of alcohol by a minor.

    New London

    Marybeth Reeves, 46, of 54 Rope Ferry Road, Apt A9, Waterford, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended registration.

    Kathryn McManus, 22, of 339 Flanders Road, Apt 204, East Lyme, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to renew a vehicle registration.

    State Police - Montville

    Charles J. Dzurenka, 42, of 278 Route 12, Preston, was charged Saturday in Montville with violation of probation.

    Andrew J. Kean, 24, of Building 430, Room 153, Naval Submarine Base, Groton, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have a rear license plate.

    Stonington

    Stephanie S. Bell, 26, of 4 Wall St., Apt. 3, Westerly, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

    William A. Allman, 20, of 352 Flanders Road, was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Asa T. Vann, 21, of 39 Hinckley St., Mystic, was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer, third-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

    Cheen Y. Rubino, 25, of 38 Jefferson Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

    Mary J. DeYoung, 68, of 41 Castle Hill Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with interfering with an emergency call and second-degree breach of peace.

    Miles Sherman, 18, of 9 South Main St., Essex, was charged Friday with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

    Jennifer Rascoe, 22, of 11 Plains Road, was charged Saturday with identity theft and sixth-degree larceny.
