    Groton City

    Zachary G. Williams, 18, of 45 Miner St. was charged Tuesday with using a motor vehicle without the owner's permission, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving wtihout a license.

    Michael L. Turman, 36, of 16 Troy Ave. was charged Monday with breach of peace. 

    Groton Town

    Nicholas J. Gillette, 27, of 166 Litton Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree violation of the conditions of release and use of drug paraphernalia.

    Brett Goebel, 23, of 43 Crabapple Lane was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order.

    Ledyard

    Dominic Beltran, 21, of 240 Indiantown Road, Apt. 208, was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.

    New London

    Reid Judd, 57, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    Norwich

    Isaiah Prue, 27, of 198 Hoxley Hill Road, Montville, was charged Wednesday with two counts of third-degree burglary and one count each of fourth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.

    Devonte D. West, 23, of 40 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged June 28 in Chester with possession of narcotics, possession of a hallucinogen or more than 4 ounces of marijuana and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

    Elvin Romero, 26, of Stamford was charged July 4 in Old Lyme with interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct.

    Steven C. Johnson, 39, of 16 Northwest Corner Road, North Stonington, was charged July 6 in Old Lyme with reckless driving and driving with a suspended license.

    Carole M. Neal, 75, of Medfield, Mass., was charged Tuesady with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.

    Waterford

    Tanisha Battle, 42, of 302 Meridian St., Groton, was charged Tuesday with third-degree criminal mischief.

    Antonio Battle, 44, of Charlotte, N.C., was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    Gian Spera, 50, of 12 Oswegatchie Road was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

    Victor White, 50, of 38B Millstone Road was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    Matthew White, 25, of 38B Millstone Road was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.
