    East Lyme

    William Perkowski, 44, of 14 Atwood Drive was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    John Valin, 56, of 127 Black Point Road was charged Friday in Montville with second-degree larceny, second-degree false statement and criminal lockout.

    Groton City

    Trudy Lee, 50, of 107 Benham Road, No. 22, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Brittany W.J. Cook, 26, of 10 Woodland Drive, Waterford, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Amanda L. Trant, 34, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving a motor vehicle in violation of license classification.

    Jay Gonzalez, 31, of 161 Cliff St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with two counts of sale of heroin.

    Sarah M. Lassiter, 26, of 310 Mitchell St., Apt. 3-G, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and threatening.

    Jordan L. Lassiter, 25, of 310 Mitchell St., Apt. 3-G, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Craig A. Kleinman, 47, of no certain address was charged Friday with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with police.

    Jason Carver, 30, of 96 Green St., Apt. 5A, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    Peter Massaro, 29, of 31 York Ave., Niantic, was charged Wednesday in Norwich with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance and possession of narcotics in a school zone.

    Waterford

    Kimberly Vargas, 27, of 24 Colman St., New London, was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor.

    Bethany Dupuis, 31, of 7 Oak Tree Lane, Lyme, was charged Thursday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Eric Woodson, 51, of New Haven, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree larceny.
