    New London

    Divon Green, 21, of 88 Williams St. was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Casimir Cyriaque, 25, of 33 Belden St. was charged Friday with second-degree burglary, interfering with a 911 call and disorderly conduct.

    Edward Brown, 26, of 143 Garfield Ave. was charged Friday with two counts of disorderly conduct, two counts of unlawful restraint, second-degree threatening, strangulation and four counts of third-degree assault.

    Manzie Myers, 19, of 51 Spithead Road, Waterford, was charged Thursday with failure to have tail lights illuminated and driving with a suspended license.

    Joshua M. Thibeault, 25, of 28 Cape Ann St. was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of hallucinogens and two counts of possession within 1,500 feet of a school.

    Danielle Foley, 20, of 36 Spruce St., Westerly, was charged Thursday with failure to obey a stop light, driving without a license, driving without insurance and failure to carry registration.

    Robert Wienikes, 56, of Huntington, N.C., was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    State Police — Montville

    Jonathan Martinez-Martinez, 24, of 22 Fountain St., Norwich, was charged Friday with speeding, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to obey control signal, illegal possession of narcotics and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

    Chelsea Porrello, 31, of 69 Fowler Drive, Uncasville, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Waterford

    Jennifer Anderson, 39, of 149 Garfield Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Elvisa Radoncic, 41, of Rocky Hill was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and interfering with an officer.

    Barry Spence, 41, of 36 Leitao Drive, Oakdale, was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, driving unreasonably fast, disobeying the signal of an officer and improper passing.
