    New London

    Kelaila R. Mention, 30, of 70 Dell Ave., Apt. B3, was charged Thursday with driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to carry minimum insurance, driving with a suspended license and failure to have head lamp lit.

    Thomas A. Gibson III, 27, of 25 Norman Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Thursday with second-degree threatening.

    Isaac Ulloa-Portello, 32, of no certain address was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Joelle Sopariwala, 26, of Orlando, Fla., was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    Dewann Hooks, 38, of 20 Colman St., Apt. 1, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

    Creg McPherson, 22, of 38 Hope St., Apt. 25, Niantic, was charged Wednesday with reckless driving.

    Sheena Emma, 29, of 137 Hansen Road was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny.

    Charles Gallman, 36, of 173 Route 12, Apt 106, Groton, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane.

    Justin Petersimes, 31, of Wallingford was charged Nov. 8 in Old Saybrook with breach of peace and driving with a suspended license.

    Marisa Pannone, 32, of Yalesville was charged Nov. 8 in Old Saybrook with breach of peace.

    Chizelle M. Reed, 43, of New Haven was charged Nov. 6 in Lyme with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.

    Gabrielle Birch, 19, of 43 Carriage Hill Drive, Niantic, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

    Randy Wallace, 37, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny.

    Naquan Williams, 29, of 97 Lincoln Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

    Jose Gomez, 25, of 24 South A St., Taftville, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Jose Vasquez-Romero, 21, of 29 Crest St., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to carry minimum insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle, misuse of plates and speeding.
