Norwich police cancel year-old Silver Alert

Norwich — Police have canceled a Silver Alert they issued last year for a teen who went missing Dec. 9, 2015.

Police weren’t immediately able to provide information about what led to Thursday’s cancelation of the alert for Justin Born, now 18.
