Luis Perez, 34, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Anton Liverpool, 39, of Providence was charged Tuesday in East Lyme with second-degree breach of peace and public indecency.

Equan Brown, 27, of Jamaica, N.Y., was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and threatening.

Waterford

Carlo Mei, 60, of 4 Palmer Road was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal mischief.
