Nathaniel F. Robinson, 20, of North Windham, was charged Tuesday with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell and possession of heroin with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school.

Justin M. Crawford, 38, of 10 Tower Hill Road, Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and evading responsibility.

Maurice J. Tate, 53, of Hope Valley, R.I., was charged Friday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
