    Jeffrey M. Sullivan, 45, of 173 Route 12, No. 312, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Manei J. Wanico, 19, of 51 Henry St., 8-4, Norwich, was charged Monday with second-degree criminal mischief, illegal sale of a controlled substance and second-degree making a false statement.

    Filicia L. Barras, 22, of 7 Williams St., New London, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court and leaving a child under age 12 unsupervised in a public place or motor vehicle.

    Riley P. Sorrento, 20, of 528 Long Hill Road was charged Saturday with driving a motor vehicle by a minor with an elevated blood alcohol content.

    Amanda N. Evans, 22, of 118 Branford Ave., No. 36, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Richard B. Wetherell, IV, 29, of 829 Shewville Road, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with traveling too fast for conditions and driving with a suspended license.

    Gail E. Barry, 58, of 91 Crown Knoll Court, No. 127, was charged Friday with third-degree assault on an elderly person and disorderly conduct.

    David J. Barry, 75, of 91 Crown Knoll Court, No. 127, was charged Friday with third-degree assault on an elderly person and disorderly conduct.

    Michael Fennell, 47, of Milford was charged Monday with illegal cellphone use and driving with a suspended license.

    Sonya Davis, 46, of 76 Laurel Hill Ave., No. 2, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

    Jason M. Manchester, 41, of 26 Field St., Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, disoderly conduct and threatening.

    Moglin Reyes-Acosta, 49, of 93B State Pier Road, New London, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court and sixth-degree larceny.

    Robert McIntear, 52, of 45 Old Colchester Road was charged Monday with violation of probation, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Michael Edgar, 22, of 4 Carol Drive, Uncasville, was charged Monday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast and unsafe backing up or movement.
