    East Lyme

    Zachary J. Cantillon, 24, of 46 Roxbury Road, was charged Friday with evading responsibility, traveling too fast, emissions violation and possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

    Ledyard

    Nicholas D. Haffner, 25, of North Smithfield, R.I., was charged Sunday with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

    Howard G. Kaminske Jr., 56, of 682 Colonel Ledyard Highway, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    State Police — Montville

    Abigail L. Chappell, 20, of 75 Rocky Hollow Road, North Stonington, was charged Sunday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic control sign. 

    Kelly Pierre, 48, of Bridgeport, was charged Sunday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Norwich

    Robert E. Harrison Jr., 23, of 39 Providence St. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and driving without a license.

    Marisol Rivera, 20, of 118 Golden St. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and interfering with a 911 call.

    Joseph Holden Jr., 26, of 374 Norwich Ave. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Claude E. Glaude, 57, of 27 Harland Place was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Michelle M. Cleare, 26, of 315 Boswell Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Feb. 23 with failure to illuminate license plate and driving with a suspended license.

    Tina M. Menihan, 36, of 769 Lantern Hill Road, Ledyard, was charged Monday with a license plate violation and driving with a suspended license.

    Rose Nazaire, 32, of 18 Sullivan Drive was charged Monday with driving without a license, failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Nathaniel Johnson, 34, of 57 Division St. was charged Monday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Waterford

    Todd Kincaid, 44, of Rogers, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device and conspiracy to commit a crime.

    Eric Kincaid, 29, of Putnam, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device and conspiracy to commit a crime.

    Brenda Mazzarella, 56, of Danielson, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device, conspiracy to commit a crime and interfering with a police officer.

    Joshua Nelson, 21, of Goose Creek, S.C., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have head lamps.

    Amy Damotta, 44, of Glastonbury, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
