Jamie N. Bessette, 33, of 173 Route 12 was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving while using a handheld device.
Justin L. Buchannan, 40, of 38 Cottage St. was charged Friday with breach of peace, first-degree criminal trespass, and second-degree threatening.
Dolores Guzman-Maldonado, 46, of 31 Grand St., Apt. 2, New London, was charged Friday with third-degree larceny.

Tornando Robinson, 32, of 730 State Pier Road was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace, possession of a hallucinogen, possession of a hallucinogen or narcotic with intent to sell, carrying a dangerous weapon and assault on emergency medical staff.
