    New London

    Amanda Calkins, 36, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Michelle Porter, 27, of 166 Willetts Ave. was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer.

    Norwich

    Joseph Suntheimer, 34, of 45 Spring St., Danielson, was charged Tuesday with one count each of first-degree robbery, threatening and carrying a dangerous weapon and two counts each of sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Patrick Alwill, 43, of 76 Prospect St., Moosup, was charged Tuesday with violation of probation.

    Kwanc Bainos, 19, of 5 Phillip Lane, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Brandi Payton, 39, of 252 Old Canterbury Turnpike, Lot 38, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, risk of injury to a minor/leaving child unsupervised and interfering with police.

    State police — Montville

    Jackelyn Vazquez, 31, of 135 Branford Ave., Groton, was charged Sunday in Groton with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway and failure to pull over for an emergency vehicle.

    Stonington

    Manual S. Moreno III, 33, of 31 Elm St., was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Karen J. Wilson, 49, of 224 Fort Hill Road, Groton, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

    Cullen S. Faulise, 22, of 5 Mystic Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    Johnie Richardson, 50, of Bridgeport was charged Tuesday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Waterford

    Rodrick Hatten, 25, of no known address was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    Charles McDonald, 27, of 14 Home St., New London, was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility.

    Jennifer Pedoli, 38, of 573 Vauxhall St. Ext., was charged Tuesday with possession of a controlled substance, possession of narcotics, interfering with an officer, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, misuse of plates and driving an unregistered vehicle.

    Edna Adamson, 88, of 21 Linda Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.
