Michael McDaniel, 34, of Norwich, N.Y., was charged Monday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance and failure to wear safety belt.

Jean E. Alegrand, 46, of 71 Mather Ave. was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

James C. Dart, 32, of 22 Benham Road was charged Wednesday with breach of peace. 

Christian W. Green, 36, of 28 Katherine Road, Old Lyme, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Amador Quintana, 32, of 245 Benham Road was charged Wednesday with first-degree violation of the conditions of release and third-degree criminal mischief.

Groton Town

Jesse K. Mangelinkx, 27, of 67 Seventh St., Unit A, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace, third-degree assault and possession of marijuana.

Giovanni D. Alicea, 25, of 173 Route 12, No. 412, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Melissa Perkins, 30, of 28 Carriage Drive, Lebanon, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without a license.

Jacqueline Demers, 40, of 86 Boswell Ave. was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Sarah M. Lassiter, 28, of 63 Lincoln Ave., Apt. 2, New London was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, driving without insurance and failure to display plates.

Waterford

David Yother, 37, of 8 Smith St., Niantic, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
